"That government is best which governs least." (Henry David Thoreau, Civil Disobedience)

While this qoute isn't technically about leaders, persay, I think that if "government" is replaced with "leader",
it is perfectly applicable. A leader's job should not be to instruct and micromanage a group, but to inspire and encourage
members of the group to perform their very best. If, of course, the group should need assistance, encouragement, or even a
referee, the should provide. (else there be no purpose of a leader) When leading, I will follow this qoute by offering objective
guidance (and lots of encouragement) without being judgemental or demanding. More importantly, I will try to encourage
bandmembers to be selfmotivated. (For instance, instead of reminding everyone every week to memorize their music, I will try
to provide an attitude that makes them want to memorize thier music.)

In the video, it's clear that it's the little things that make the show awesome.
In order to achieve this type of awesomeness, the Blue Crue needs to have both the courage to put in unconventional moves
and the comfort level to do them effectively. In addition, it's important that the marchers have an understanding of what's
happening in order to pull off moves like the bow shot in the beggining.
